How many guests can the hall hold?
The hall comfortably hosts up to 120 guests. Your final number depends on your layout, dance floor size, and table configuration.
When can I tour the venue?
Tours are by appointment, Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Book a tour online or call 855-443-4255.
How far in advance can I book?
We accept bookings up to twelve months in advance. Popular weekend dates go quickly, so we recommend touring early.
How do I reserve my date?
A date is reserved once you have signed your rental agreement and paid the $250 non-refundable retainer. The retainer is applied toward your total balance. Until both are complete, dates remain first come, first served.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available on site, including accessible spaces near the entrance.
What about catering and the kitchen?
Outside catering is welcome and you may use the kitchen for staging and serving. Cooking on premises is not permitted.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes, with a licensed bartender. The bartender's license must be provided to us for approval before your event. Bartender service is $50 per hour with a four hour minimum, plus one hour for setup and breakdown.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes. Cleaning is handled by a third-party service, so the fee applies to every event and cannot be waived.
Do you offer a military discount?
Not at this time.

Quinceañeras, weddings, sweet 16s, baby showers, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and just about any celebration that needs a beautiful room.
